Early access

Decide helps teams track, review, and learn from their decisions. These terms govern your use of the platform. The service is currently in early access and is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, and we may experience downtime as we develop the product. We'll do our best to notify you of significant changes.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be 18 or older, or have your parent's or guardian's permission, to use this service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Decide — your decisions, reviews, and notes are yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Decide for unlawful purposes, to harm others, to reverse-engineer the service, or to attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours. Abusive or harmful use will result in immediate account termination.

AI-generated content

Decide uses AI to generate debate reviews and analysis. AI-generated content is provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. It does not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Decide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
